Hey there!

I’m Keisha, a pastry chef and lecturer based in Somerset, UK.

I have spent the best part of 15 years behind a pastry bench, baking, developing, teaching, creating. The Pastry Bench is a place where I can share my passion for luxury laminated pastries and treats, drawing on inspiration from my professional career in London’s 5 star hotels and Michelin starred restaurants. Our collection of bakes not only highlights handcrafted skill but showcases my love for flavour, texture and the great produce found here in the West Country.

The Patisserie

For all your Cruffin needs! From Cruffins and Queens, to Brioche and Choux buns. Pop in to our Patisserie for a full selection of baked treats, Petit Gateaux and chocolate bars. Pre order in store or online for collection Wednesday - Saturday or delivery Saturday mornings.
